چکیده
Natriuretic peptides are widely known for their protective effects against the development of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease. The important role determining levels natriuretic in diagnosis, assessment severity, prognosis effectiveness treatment heart failure has been proven many studies noted clinical guidelines worldwide. Visceral obesity reduces production action peptides, increasing risk diabetes mellitus 2 type. Metabolic is present 60% patients with chronic failure, most its components contribute to progression include obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance. prevalence general population 34% constantly due unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle stress. rapidly all industrialized countries, affecting 2% adults 10% elderly. Therefore, problem early diagnosis very relevant nowadays. review focuses on pathophysiological relationships between syndrome, approaches correction peptides’ metabolism.

Determinants and clinical significance of natriuretic peptides and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
AIMS Atrial and brain natriuretic peptide levels closely reflect impaired left ventricular function in patients with heart failure. In the present study we assessed the determinants and the clinical significance of atrial and brain natriuretic peptide plasma levels in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. METHODS AND RESULTS In 44 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (40+/-15 years) we evaluated:...

lutely no reason to choose one AT1receptor blocker over others. We believe, however, that it is of utmost importance to show efficacy in terms of prevention of target organ damage and mortality. This must not necessarily parallel the blood pressure lowering efficacy and should therefore be assessed for each AT1-receptor blocker in order to enable us as clinicians to establish the role of the re...

1. The major cardiovascular and renal actions of alpha-atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and the fact that the heart is strategically located to sense changes in intravascular volume indicate the importance of these peptides in the overall control of the extracellular fluid volume under normal and pathophysiological conditions.2. This review examines the clini...
متن کاملScience review: Natriuretic peptides in critical illness
The present review will cover the mechanisms of release and the potential pathophysiological role of different natriuretic peptides in critically ill patients. By focusing on the cardiovascular system, possible implications of natriuretic peptides for diagnosis and treatment will be presented. In critical illness such as sepsis, trauma or major surgery, systemic hypotension and an intrinsic myo...

Renal dysfunction has emerged as an important independent predictor of adverse outcomes, renal as well as cardiovascular. Renal function is crucially affected by intrinsic renal factors (particularly remaining functional renal mass), hemodynamic function (renal perfusion pressure, renal venous pressure), oxygen delivery, and neurohumoral input. The natriuretic peptides play an important role in...
